Begin your journey to peace and happiness by attending our in-person

Tibetan Buddhist Meditation 101 Class Wednesday's @ 7:00 PM (EST)

Wednesday's 7pm classes at Katsel Meditation Sterling.

Our Meditation Group's usual schedule is weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm. Fresh Tea and Filtered Water is Served. All weekly Meditation Sterling meetups and classes have a suggested donation of $10. We also offer monthly memberships for those who wish to support the virtuous endeavors and altruistic activities of Katsel Meditation Sterling.

No one is ever turned away due to a lack of funds at any event at Meditation Sterling.

This is possible through the generosity of Meditation Practitioners and Meditation Group's Patrons.
